Parks

We are proud to have multiple parks and outdoor spaces for the community to use. 



Commemoration Park

A semi-covered stage (the CN stage) in a the park.

Located beside the Jasper Activity Centre. 

Commemoration Park is a big green space that has the CN Stage. The park has a playing field for soccer or other sports.

The CN stage is available for rent for concerts, weddings, festivals and other events. Contact the Activity Centre  for more information or use the rent a facility form.

Located at 520 Turret St. 

Centennial Park offers a large green space for outdoor activities. It also has:

  • A field that can be used for soccer or rugby
  • Three baseball diamonds with bleachers that can move
  • Log cabin with a kitchen, public washrooms, and patio
  • Picnic area
  • Playground

Robson Park

Located in front of the Library and Cultural Centre. 

This park is close to the downtown core and has:

  • Picnic benches
  • Fire pits
  • Outdoor ice rink (in winter)

Off-Leash Dog Area

Located at the corner of Hazel Avenue and Sleepy Hollow Road. 

You can get to the off-leash dog area on foot from downtown through the pedestrian path that goes under the train tracks at the end of Hazel Avenue. A parking lot is also directly across from the area for easy access.

Skate Park

A cement skate park with various ramps and other things used by skate boarders, roller skaters and BMXers alike.
Jasper Skate Park

Located next door to the Fitness and Aquatic Centre.

The Skate Park is open to skateboards, scooters, in-line skates (made for use on ramps, not regular street skates), and BMX bikes. Head over and check out these features:

  • The park is free to use and is unsupervised
  • Children under ten must have adult supervision
  • We strongly recommend protective gear

Bike Park

Located at the west end of Connaught Drive. 

The bike park is open to all ages and all skill levels.

  • We strongly recommend protective gear
  • We recommend adult supervision of children
  • If the trail is wet or muddy, wait until it is dry to ride
