Be gentle with yourself. đź’™
This is new territory for all of us. All Jasper residents have now experienced a degree of loss. Each person’s situation is different, and so is the processing experience. Please be kind to yourself and others as we navigate this challenging time together.
Remember, it’s okay to ask for help and to lean on one another. Support is available, and no one needs to go through this alone. Healing takes time, and giving yourself the space to grieve, process, and recover is essential.
Check in with Yourself
Remember:
Check in with yourself: Where are you on the continuum?
Create a plan on how to take care of yourself. This will allow you to take care of others.
Use the resources available for you.
Eat well, stay hydrated, stay active, and get enough rest.
When you feel overwhelmed, practice deep breathing.
Remember, you are not alone.
