Community Outreach Services
The Municipality of Jasper's Community Outreach, Development and Settlement Services are open by appointment. To book an appointment, email community@jasper-alberta.ca or call 780-852-2100.
Alberta Supports is available also between 7:30 am to 8 pm (open Monday to Friday, closed statutory holidays toll-free at 1-877-644-9992.
The Government of Alberta has also created a list of supports for individuals impacted by wildfires in Alberta.

- Create a plan on how to take care of yourself. This will allow you to take care of others.
- Use the resources available for you.
- Eat well, stay hydrated, stay active, and get enough rest.
- When you feel overwhelmed, practice deep breathing.
- Remember, you are not alone.

Alberta Health Services has resources and services available to help you and your loved ones with health care needs in this stressful and difficult time.
Individuals seeking in-person support can access local mental health and addiction resources through the following locations in Jasper:
- Re-entry Support Centre, Seniors Centre
- 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., seven days a week (while the support centre is operational).
- Seton-Jasper Healthcare Centre, 518 Robson St.
- Mental Health and Addiction Community Clinic
- Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- Mental health and addiction staff are available in the Emergency Department seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- If in crisis, help is available at the emergency department or by calling 911.
