Gas 

ATCO Gas crews are actively restoring natural gas service to customers in the Jasper area. To restore your gas service, please complete the ATCO | Jasper Re-Entry Form or call 310-5678. You must be home for our crews to restore service, relight your appliances, and ensure they are in safe working order. When completing the form, please indicate the day and timeframe you plan to be home.

Electricity

ATCO has restored electricity to all undamaged residential and commercial properties, and crews continue to restore impacted areas, including Lake Edith Residents. 

Water

Is the water safe to drink in Jasper?  

As per Alberta Health Services, the Boil Water Order has been rescinded for all properties in green on the map below. If your property is in the green zone, your water is potable and safe to use. 

For those properties in red, the Boil Water Order remains in effect. Potable water stations remain active for public use around these locations. These stations have all been tested by AHS and are being checked daily. 

Please bring your own container to fill. RVs are asked not to fill their tanks directly at these stations. Please use smaller containers if you require water in your RV. 

The stations are located at:

• Bonhomme Street and Maligne Avenue
• On Spruce Avenue and Patricia Street (between the 700 and 800 block)
• On the 1000 block of Patricia Street in front of the Cabin Creek Condos (walk-downs)
